Try our Wild Lingonberry Sauce!
Ingredients:
2 cups Wild Lingonberries
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
- Place lingonberries and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once boil is reached mix in sugar.
- Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Place saucepan in cold ice water and stir sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy
